A quick and delicious dinner recipe.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place uncooked Minute Rice, pineapple and the juice, chicken broth and the green pepper into the baking dish. Stir to combine.
Place Shake n' Bake into a bowl and coat chicken tenders in mixture.
Place coated chicken on top of the rice mixture in the baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes-until chicken has cooked through and rice has absorbed the broth and pineapple juice.
Remove from oven and serve.
