A quick and easy dip recipe.
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish.
Top with drained diced green chilies, distribute evenly.
Top with sour cream, spreading it into a thin layer.
Top sour cream with salsa, distribute evenly.
Top with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes in 350° oven or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve with sliced jalapeños and tortilla chips. Diced tomatoes and sliced olives are also yummy on this dip.
