Graham Cracker Pie Crust

A delicious and easy graham cracker pie crust that goes so well with so many pies.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers in a blender or food processor until they are fine crumbs. Place in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add sugar to graham cracker crumbs and mix.

  3. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl.

  4. Combine graham cracker mixture and melted butter until well combined.

  5. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan or a springform pan.

  6. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Or refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  7. Use as desired. (If you bake your crust, allow time for it to cool).
