A super easy cheese dip recipe.
In a sauce pan, melt American and sharp cheddar cheese with butter and 1/2 cup milk slowly over low heat, stirring often-do not boil.
When mixture has melted and combined, add more milk, if you want a thinner dip. Add a 1-2 tablespoons at a time until you have the right thick or thinness you want.
Remove from the heat and add the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and chopped jalapeƱos.
Stir to combine and serve with tortilla chips.
