Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsps sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 1/2 tbsps diced canned jalapeños drained
  • 1 1/2 tbsps green onion sliced

Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries into small pieces.

  2. Slice green onions (and some of the tops for serving), if desired.

  3. Drain jalapeños.

  4. In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream and salt until smooth and creamy.

  5. Add the cranberries, jalapeños, parmesan cheese and green onion-blend.

  6. Place mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate to chill.

  7. Serve with pretzels, crackers, pita chips and/or veggies sticks.
