Italian Tomato Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced very thin
  • 2-3 large mushrooms sliced very thin
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Kraft or freshly grated

Instructions

  1. LIghtly grease baking stone and press the 8 crescent rolls into a large circle.

  2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the crescent rolls.

  3. Slice the tomatoes and mushrooms very thin-I use a mandoline slicer.

  4. Lay tomato slices on a paper towel while you slice the mushrooms. (to absorb some of the juices)

  5. Lay tomato slices on top of the crescent rolls in a single layer.

  6. Lay mushroom slices on top of the pizza.

  7. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes-until crescent roll is golden brown. Enjoy!
