A super easy shredded pork loin with a delicious sauce.
Combine brown sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and dissovle brown sugar.
Place pork loin and sauce into a slow cooker and set to cook on low for 8 hours.
After the eight hours, shred the pork loin. Mix shredded pork loin with the sauce that is in the slow cooker and serve over rice.
