Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 medium onion cut into chunks
  • 1 large green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 8 ounces mushrooms quartered
  • 14 pieces Steak-umm sliced steaks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Waffle Fries
  • 3 cups Mozzerella and Provolone mixture grated

Instructions

  1. Bake waffle fries according to the packaged directions on a large greased baking sheet-until golden brown.

  2. While the fries bake, cook the vegetables in butter until tender, in a frying pan.

  3. While the waffle fries and the vegetables cook, cook the Steak-umm steaks in another frying pan. Drain the fat from the steak, well.

  4. Combine the steak and the vegetables in one frying pan, add the salt and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through. Make sure the meat mixture is hot when adding to the waffle fries.

  5. Remove the waffle fries from the oven and top with one cup of the grated cheese.

  6. Top the cheese with the meat and vegetable mixture.

  7. Sprinkle two cups of grated cheese on top of the steak mixture.

  8. Place baking sheet back in the oven to melt the cheese.

  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool a bit before eating.
