A thick and flavorful burger for the grill.
Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well.
Add the ground beef to the above mixture and mix with your hands until seasonings are well incorporated.
Make hamburger patties with the meat mixture-you can make them thick or thin, your choice. We like to make ours thick.
Grill burgers on a hot grill until they are cooked through.
Enjoy on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings. Some of our favorites are: red onion, lettuce, bacon, pickles, tomatoes, fry sauce, and guacamole.
