A simple and creamy comfort food recipe that is quick to make and delicious!
Turn slow cooker on, set to high. Spray with cooking spray, if desired.
Place cheese soup, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and dry mustard into slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
Add three cups of milk and pasta. Stir.
Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Stir Mac and Cheese every thirty minutes.
When pasta is desired tenderness (1 1/2 hours worked best for us), Stir in grated sharp cheddar cheese.
Add in more milk, a little at a time, to get desired consistency for your family.
Serve immediately (best when eaten fresh) and enjoy!
Option: Place in a baking dish, top with crushed Ritz crackers and place in oven under low broil to toast the crumbs. Another option, just serve with Ritz crackers and family can crush some crackers on top of their Mac and Cheese, if desired.
