An easy and flavorful vegetable side dish.
Wash and cut the hard ends off of the asparagus spears, if desired.
In a skillet, on medium low heat, begin to melt the butter.
Add asparagus and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Stir to coat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté.
Cook asparagus until they are your desired tenderness, turning occasionally.
