I love these Parmesan Carrots as an easy, delicious side dish! They are easy and great as a last minute vegetable and it goes with every meal.

Parmesan Roasted Carrots

A simple roasted vegetable side-perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Drizzle carrots with melted butter.

  3. Sprinkle pepper and garlic salt over the top of the carrots.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°.

  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle the carrots with parmesan cheese.

  6. Place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes-until carrots are desired tenderness.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
