Ingredients

Ingredients for Grilled Caesar Chicken:

  • 2-2 1/2 pounds chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Ingredients for Ceasar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Ingredients for Grilled Caesar Wrap:

  • 10 flour tortillas taco size
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • bacon crumbles
  • tomatoes diced
  • freshly grated parmesan
  • freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

Instructions for Grilled Caesar Chicken:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, except for the chicken breasts.

  2. When ingredients are mixed, add the thawed chicken breasts and refrigerate for 4 hours.

  3. Remove chicken from bag to grill on a hot grill. Grill until cooked through.

  4. Discard Ziploc bag and marinade.

  5. When chicken is ready, cut into chunks or shred for use in the wrap.

  6. Mix 3/4 cup of the Caesar dressing with the shredded chicken.

Instructions for Caesar Dressing:

  1. Place all ingredients, except freshly grated parmesan cheese, in a blender. Blend.

  2. Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese and pulse 3-4 times.

  3. Pour into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Instructions for Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap:

  1. Place a tortilla on a plate.

  2. Top the tortilla with chopped lettuce, shredded or chopped chicken, bacon crumbles, diced tomatoes, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and cracked pepper.

  3. Top with the Caesar dressing from above.
