A delicious grilled chicken wrap with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and caesar dressing.
Mix all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, except for the chicken breasts.
When ingredients are mixed, add the thawed chicken breasts and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remove chicken from bag to grill on a hot grill. Grill until cooked through.
Discard Ziploc bag and marinade.
When chicken is ready, cut into chunks or shred for use in the wrap.
Mix 3/4 cup of the Caesar dressing with the shredded chicken.
Place all ingredients, except freshly grated parmesan cheese, in a blender. Blend.
Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese and pulse 3-4 times.
Pour into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Place a tortilla on a plate.
Top the tortilla with chopped lettuce, shredded or chopped chicken, bacon crumbles, diced tomatoes, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and cracked pepper.
Top with the Caesar dressing from above.
