Ingredients

Breaded Chicken Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 2 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 eggs

Barbecue Sauce Ingredients:

  • 2 cups barbecue sauce I prefer Sweet Baby Ray's
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

Breaded Chicken Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until well mixed.

  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the bread crumb mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then back in the bread crumb mixture.

  4. Place each piece on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes.

Barbecue Sauce Instructions:

  1. While the chicken is baking, make the sauce.

  2. Combine the barbecue sauce, honey, and butter in a sauce pan over medium low heat.

  3. While stirring, allow the sauce to begin to simmer-heat through. Remove from the heat.

  4. When the Chicken is cooked through, Place half of the chicken pieces carefully into a large bowl. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat, being careful not to take the breading off of the chicken pieces.

  5. Repeat with the remaining chicken and sauce.

  6. Serve and ENJOY!!
