Chicken Rolls

A delicious and flavorful chicken stuffed crecent roll recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked and cubed or shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp green onion sliced
  • 7 ounce can mushrooms drained-can use a 4-ounce can, if desired
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls

Topping Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Optional Dressing/Gravy

  • Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup

Instructions

  1. With an electic mixer, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in chicken, green onions, and mushrooms.

  3. Separate crescent roll triangles and press them out a bit.

  4. Divide mixture between 16 triangles and roll the crescent roll around the chicken mixture.

  5. Place 4 tablesoons of butter in a microwave safe dish and melt.

  6. Place seasoned bread crumbs in another bowl and set aside.

  7. Dip each rolled crescent roll into the melted butter, then into the bread crumbs, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  8. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!

Optional Dressing/Gravy

  1. Heat soup up with little to no water. Use as a dip or as a gravy to pour over chicken rolls, if desired. Eat immediately.
