A yummy biscuit filled with beef and cheese.
Combine roast beef, barbecue sauce, onion, and brown sugar in a sauce pan.
Cook to combine flavors and to cook the onion.
Separate and fatten the 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into a greased muffin pan (covering bottoms and sides).
Divide the meat mixture between the 10 biscuits.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each biscuit cup with grated cheese.
Return to the oven to melt the cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
