Crush graham crackers in a blender.

Add sugar to crushed graham crackers crumbs and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add Half and Half and lemon extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

If the cream cheese mixture is too thick, add a little more Half and Half until you get the desired consistrency.

Dip or spead cream cheese mixture on a strawberry and then in the graham cracker crumbs. Continue with the remaining strawberries.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
