Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak sliced thin
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup Gochujang Sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 10 green onions sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro torn or cut into small pieces
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 3 cups red cabbage sliced and cut into smaller pieces
  • 17 ounces rice ramen noodles

Instructions

Sauce Instructions:

  1. In a sauce pan, bring garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, gochujang sauce, oil, ground ginger, and brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil long enough to dissolve the sugar. Allow sauce time to cool.

  2. When sauce is cool, use HALF of the sauce as a marinade for the meat. Marinate meat for 2-3 hours. Refrigerate the sauce with the meat and the sauce you will use later.

Meat Instructions:

  1. When the meat is ready, begin stir frying the meat.

  2. As the meat begins to cook through, add the cabbage and continue to cook.

  3. When the cabbage begins to get tender, add spinach and the remaining sauce.

  4. Continue stir frying until meat is cooked all the way through.

Rice Ramen Noodles:

  1. Prepare rice ramen noodles according to package while cabbage is getting tender in instructions above. Then, drain, rinse and set aside.

Bring it all together:

  1. Mix the noodles with the meat mixture in your Wok or deep frying pan.

  2. Top with green onions and cilantro.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
