A declicious side for many Mexican dishes.
Place rice, chicken broth, water, and lime juice in an instant pot. Stir.
Place lid on: lock the lid and close the valve.
Set the instant pot-high pressure for three minutes.
When finished cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally-18-20 minutes.
After the 18-20 minutes, carefully turn the valve to make sure the pressure is gone. Use an oven mitt so you do not get burned-just in case.
Remove the lid.
Stir in salt and cilantro
