Ingredients

  • 2 red bell peppers sliced
  • 2 yellow squash sliced
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables and place them in a large bowl.

  2. Mix oil, garlic, and pepper.

  3. Pour mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.

  4. Grill for 20-30 minutes (depending on your desired tenderness) in a grill basket on the top rack of the grill. Turn vegetables as they cook.

  5. Serve and enjoy!!
