Ingredients

  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 egg
  • cheese slices
  • deli meat, ham, sausage patty
  • sauces and dressings as desired

Instructions

  1. SEE ABOVE POST FOR MANY VARIATIONS

  2. Place bottom of English Muffin in the bottom of the Hamilton Beach Sandwich Maker (in bottom ring)

  3. On top of the bottom English Muffin place dressing or sauce, cheese slices, and then the meat.

  4. Put the divider and the top ring on top of the meat. Make sure the divider is slid all the way back and the divider and top ring lay flat on the bottom ring.

  5. Crack the egg in the top ring and scramble the egg with a plastic fork. You can leave the egg whole, if desired.

  6. Place the top side of the English Muffin on top of the scrambled egg.

  7. Close the top of the sandwich maker and wait just 5 minutes.

  8. Lift the top of the sandwich maker off of the sandwich. Press the top of the English muffin down as you slide the divider out from between the meat and egg.

  9. Lift rings off of the sandwich, serve and enjoy!!
