Luscious gooey delicious lemon bars.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter with a fork until well blended.
Press into a 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
In another bowl, beat eggs, lemon juice, sugar, and lemon rind until well blended.
Then, stir in flour and baking powder.
Pour lemon mixture over cooled crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Watch closely so they do not burn.
Let cool, dust with powdered sugar, serve and enjoy!
