Sausage Balls

A delicious appetizer made with sausage and cheese that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 ¾ cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese grates
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix with your hands until mixed well and moistened. If needed, add a little more water-a little at a time.

  3. You can use food grade gloves, if desired.

  4. Roll mixture into 36 balls.

  5. Place about 12 balls in a 9 X 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake at 350° for 20-23 minutes. They should start to brown a bit.

  7. Repeat baking the other 24 sausage balls as directed.

  8. Enjoy!
