Combine buttermilk, eggs, molasses, and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix using a whisk.
In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. stir to combine.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
Cook on a hot griddle using cooking spray to avoid sticking.
