Easy Chicken Ramen

An upgraded ramen noodle recipe with chicken and different seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • Green onion sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot put ramen, chicken, soy sauce, water, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

  2. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and the sauce has thickened.

  3. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

  4. Enjoy!
