An easy fish dinner recipe made on the grill.
On a large heavy duty piece of foil, place the tilapia right in the center.
Sprinkle the fish with desired amount of salt and pepper.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice over the fish. Slice the other half of the lemon into slices.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the fish.
Lay the asparagus spears and about three lemon slices on top of the fish. Close the foil, leaving the seams on top so the juices will not leak out.
Place foil pack on a hot grill and cook for 9-11 minutes or until the fish is no longer pink and the fish is flaky.
Remove foil packet from the grill and enjoy your easy and delicious dinner.
