Add half of the Cool Whip and stir until smooth and well blended.
Place in a serving bowl.

Add half of the Cool Whip, raspberry extract and one drop of red food coloring. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Place in a serving bowl.
Serve with cookies and fruit.
