Philly cheesesteak Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Steak-umms thinly sliced steaks in the freezer section
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 large red or yellow bell pepper seeds removed and sliced
  • 1 large green or orange bell pepper seeds removed and sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms quartered
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups provolone/mozzerlla blend grated cheese
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice onion into strips.

  2. Remove stems and seeds from bell peppers and slice into strips.

  3. Cut mushrooms into quarters.

  4. Cook Steak-umms, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms until meat is cooked and vegetables are desired tenderness. Drain grease from mixture.

  5. Stir in salt and pepper.

  6. Serve in lettuce leaves and top with desired amount of grated cheese.
