A simple and delicious mousse pie dessert recipe.
Crush graham crackers in a blender.
Mix crushed graham crackers with the sugar.
Melt butter and then mix into the graham cracker mixture.
Press mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake for 8-9 minutes at 350° and then allow time to cool.
With an electric mixer, combine vanilla pudding mix with milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add heavy cream, slowly if desired. Mix until smooth, creamy, and thick enough to stay in its place when you cut into the pie.
When mousse has thickened, spoon the mixture into the cooled graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate to chill.
