An easy one pan dinner recipe.
In a large skillet, crumble cook ground beef. Drain the fat, if necessary.
Add olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, onion, and green pepper. Sauté until onion and greeen pepper are tender.
Add rice and beef broth to skillet.
Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
Reduce heat and add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until well combined and heated through.
Serve and enjoy!
