Ingredients

Ingredients for Caesar Grilled Chicken:

  • 2½-3 pounds chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Ingredients for Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Ingredients for Salad:

  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce
  • garlic croutons
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

Instructions for Caesar Grilled Chicken:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the thawed chicken breasts, in a large Ziploc bag.

  2. Mix the ingredients by squishing them around in the bag.

  3. Add the chicken breasts and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

  4. Then, grill on a hot grill until cooked through. (Discard Ziploc and used marinade)

  5. Slice grilled chicken breasts into strips to place on top of the salad.

Instructions for Caesar Dressing:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the freshly grated parmesan cheese, in a blender. Blend.

  2. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese and pulse, in the blender, 3-4 times.

  3. Pour dressing into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Instructions for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad:

  1. Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a serving bowl.

  2. Pour desired amount of Caesar dressing over lettuce and stir to coat lettuce.

  3. Top with garlic croutons, grated parmesan cheese, and pepper.

  4. Toss ingredients together.

  5. Place salad on individuals plates and top with strips of grilled chicken.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
