A delicious and flavorful caesar grilled chicken salad recipe.
Combine all ingredients, except the thawed chicken breasts, in a large Ziploc bag.
Mix the ingredients by squishing them around in the bag.
Add the chicken breasts and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Then, grill on a hot grill until cooked through. (Discard Ziploc and used marinade)
Slice grilled chicken breasts into strips to place on top of the salad.
Combine all ingredients, except the freshly grated parmesan cheese, in a blender. Blend.
Add freshly grated parmesan cheese and pulse, in the blender, 3-4 times.
Pour dressing into a serving container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a serving bowl.
Pour desired amount of Caesar dressing over lettuce and stir to coat lettuce.
Top with garlic croutons, grated parmesan cheese, and pepper.
Toss ingredients together.
Place salad on individuals plates and top with strips of grilled chicken.
Serve and enjoy!
