A yummy caramel coated snack.
Place Cinnamon Toast Crunch into a large mixing bowl.
In a small sauce pan, bring butter, sugar, and Karo syrup to a boil-stir continually.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Spread cereal mixture on cookie sheets to cool completely.
