A super easy and delicious beef recipe made in one pan.
Cook ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic in a deep frying pan that has a lid.
Drain any fat after meat has cooked through.
Add all remaining ingredients to the ground beef mixture, except the cheddar cheese.
Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequenly so it will not burn.
When noodles have reached desired tenderness and sauce has thickened, stir in cheese.
