One Pan Beef Noodle Casserole

A super easy and delicious beef recipe made in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 10.75 ounce can tomato soup
  • 10.5 ounce can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic in a deep frying pan that has a lid.

  2. Drain any fat after meat has cooked through.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the ground beef mixture, except the cheddar cheese.

  4. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequenly so it will not burn.

  5. When noodles have reached desired tenderness and sauce has thickened, stir in cheese.

  6. Enjoy!
