A delicious creamy pasta sauce with cream cheese.
Cook Pasta according to package directons.
In a saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Whisk in flour.
Then, add cream, milk, and cream cheese.
Combine over medium heat until smooth and creamy. Stir contintually with a whisk as it heats on a low boil.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper (and parsley, if desired). Stir until smooth and creamy.
Serve over pasta and as a dip for breadsticks. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles and/or parsley, if desired.
