Fudge s'mores brownies cooked on the Traeger smoker.
Prep your Traeger to cook the brownies. We used hickory pellots for ours. Turn the temperature to 350 degrees and let the smoker preheat for 5-10 minutes.
Make brownies according to package directions. Pour into two greased foil 8x8 pans.
Place the two pans on the smoker and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the middle has cooked.
Remove from the smoker and add broken graham crackers, miniature marshmallows, and dark chocolate chips.
Return the pans back to the smoker and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are a fluffy, golden brown and the chocolate has started to melt.
Let cool, cut and enjoy!
