Combine pancake mix and water.
Divide pancake mix between the 24 muffin cups-3/4 full.
Top with desired toppings.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite syrup and whipping cream, if desired. Enjoy!
