A moist and yummy banana bread recipe.
Blend butter, sugar and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs, mashed bananas, water and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt just until combined.
Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into two greased 9 inch bread pans.
Top each loaf with the remaining chocolate chips-divide evenly.
Bake at 350° for 45-48 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow 10 minutes to cool.
Use a knife to loosen the bread from the pan and remove the bread.
Slice and enjoy!
