An easy and delicious side dish that is perfect for the holidays!
Peel and slice carrots lengthwise and then into chunks. You can also use baby carrots.
Place carrots, butter, honey, and brown sugar in a sauce pan.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Remove the lid and continue cooking and stirring until carrots are desired tenderness and the liquid has turned into a glaze. (It may take about 8 more minutes, however, time will vary depending on the carrot sizes and how tender or crisp you want your carrots)
